Hi all, I am Kelly and I am perfectly imperfect. My BFF is well she is the other half of this blog. We laugh because we are like ying and yang. She will come over and eat something and tell me yours is so much better than mine, where did I go wrong? And next out of her mouth will be, can I have the recipe? At this point I chuckle and she knows I did not follow a recipe and I did not measure. I cook - like a former boss told me- I cook like an Italian, which is funny because I have no Italian in me. I cook to taste.
Then the tables are flipped, I go to her house and see a clean sanctuary, with the most beautiful quilts made by her hand. I ask her please teach me, and she tries, but I am just not good at that kind of stuff. I am impatient when it comes to strait lines, clean cuts, and sparkling homes.
So we decided that we would start to tackle Pinterest ideas and try them out and see the results. Be it cooking, crafting, cleaning, going green, you name it. We will try it, her in her way (most likely according to the instructions) and I will do it my way (most likely I will read part of the instruction- or look at the pictures- and wing it). Here we will share the results.
